It is interesting because a lot of people working in construction etc. will need more training to make a lot of this happen and there are some programs out there from non-profit orgs trying to help.</description>

		<description>I think the coolest part of the Empire State building article was the photograph of the cooling plant. It reminds me of exploring underground maintenance tunnels back in my undergraduate days.
